I'm trying to print a sheet of clear labels. I can do these with black
colored type. When I try to use white print on the label the printer just
runs a piece of paper through with no print process. Will print in black but
not in white.

You can't print in white unless your printer has a white ink cartridge. The
only way to print "white" is to reverse text out of another color. If you're
planning to use the labels on colored envelopes, this won't be very
satisfactory (and note that any envelopes dark enough for "white" text to
show up on will be too dark to mail in the U.S.; you'll have to use white
labels anyway).
